Workflow automation

Less repetition. More room for real work.

For teams losing time to repeated copying, manual handoffs, or status chasing across tools. A good candidate is a process with understandable rules, stable inputs, and exceptions that can be handled deliberately. Automation can make a poor process faster, so we map the current steps and failure points first.

Possible deliverables include a process map, agreed rules, a connected workflow, status visibility, notifications, error logging, recovery steps, and operator notes. Integrations depend on available APIs and account permissions; vendor fees and ongoing maintenance are assessed separately.

We review the current process with the people doing the work, identify a small first boundary, and agree how success and exceptions will be judged. The workflow is reviewed with realistic cases before handover. Changes to systems or policies remain subject to the client’s approval.
